I have just set up my ColdFusion server and cannot get to the configuration page as .cfm is not configure in the MIME mappings.
I have been able to open the IIS Manager and get to the "Handler Mapping" and have even been able to put in the file extension but I do not know how to point it to the ColdFusion server/service. Do I add it as a "Manage Handler", a "Script Map", or a "Module Mapping"?
